Please note:
- This link will take you to Sharepoint. Please login using your KIST/KIPS parent e-mail.
- Applications for Session 1 are closed. Applications for Session 2 (July 25th – August 5th) closed on Wednesday 15th of June, but we will still be accepting applications to the waiting list. While the office is open we will be contacting applicants as normal, however as the office is closed during the Summer Vacation period (June 25 – July 21) during that time we will only contact those applicants who are accepted into the program.
- If your child is enrolling in August 2016 and you have not yet received your parent e-mail address and password, please contact it.support@kist.ed.jp.
- As space is limited, applying for the summer program does not automatically secure a place in the class. All applicants will be notified by email about the status of their application within 3 working days of applying.
Please see below for our summer program cancelation policy:
| Cancelation 8 or more days before starting date | Full refund |
| Cancelation 4-7 days in advance of the starting date | 50% refund |
| Cancelation 1 day prior to the starting date | 20% refund |
| Cancelation on the first day of or during the program | No refund |
| Not showing up for the registered class | No refund |
The cancelation date will be based on Japanese Standard Time and the time the cancelation e-mail has been received by the Program Coordinator.
Any remittance fees to the designated account for refunds will be covered be the receiver regardless of location (domestic or international).
